By commissioning me,
you agree to the following:
I, as the artist...
♦ Have the right to post the work on my social media (unless requested not to by the customer)♢ Have the right to decline any commission♦ Have the right to use commissions as examples/for self promotion♢ Will provide revisions, PLEASE tell me if you see any mistakes ASAP
⋆ Large changes will incur an additional fee
⭒ I will not provide revisions once the finished piece is sent
♦ Will try to finish it as soon as I can, but keep in mind I do still have work/other things to attend to.♢ Will inform you of any delays.
You, as the customer...
♦ Have the right to print out the work for personal use ONLY. I don't currently do commercial work.♢ May not sell/redistribute my work for monetary gain.♦ May post the art to your own social media with credit♦ May not use my art for AI training/ NFT purposes♢ May crop/resize the picture with credit back to me.♦ If you plan to resell the character with the art attached, credit must stay with the piece♢ May ask for WIP photos at any time! I will send one at each stage (sketch, lineart, color, etc.) regardless, but I'm willing to provide updates when asked.
